tk1970 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations Explained

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the tk1970 platform, including the website, any associated mobile interfaces, and all services offered therein. tk1970 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of tk1970 following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall be the definitive version in all cases. Any translated versions of these Terms, if provided for informational convenience, shall be subordinate to the English text in the event of any conflict or ambiguity.

tk1970 provides an online entertainment platform that includes, but is not limited to: sports betting (including cricket, football, and kabaddi), live casino table games, slot machine games, crash games, and other gaming content. All services are made available exclusively to eligible registered users who have satisfied the age verification requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

References to "tk1970", "we", "us", or "the platform" in these Terms refer to the operator of the tk1970 service. References to "you", "your", "the player", or "the user" refer to the individual who has registered and/or is using the platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register, access, or use any feature of the tk1970 platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. tk1970 does not permit minors to participate in any form of gambling or betting activity, regardless of the game type, stake amount, or duration of play.

By completing the registration process, you confirm that:

1. You are at least 18 years old as of the date of registration;

Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the account and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the tk1970 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different mobile numbers, or different device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon discovery, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and any balances may be forfeited.

3.1 Registration Requirements

• A unique username that does not impersonate any other person or entity;
• A secure password of at least eight characters, combining letters and numbers;
• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification;
• Your date of birth, which must confirm you are 18 years of age or older;
• A valid email address that you own and regularly access.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tk1970 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. tk1970 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify tk1970 support without delay via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. tk1970 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to report the incident promptly or contributed to the breach through negligence (for example, by sharing login credentials or using an unsecured device).

3.3 Account Verification

tk1970 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to all registered accounts. Verification may be requested at registration, at any point during active use, or at the time of a first or subsequent withdrawal. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, and a photograph of the payment method used (for example, a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account details). Accounts that remain unverified beyond a reasonable period may have their withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposits are generally credited to your tk1970 account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. In the event of a delay exceeding 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
• tk1970 does not charge a processing fee on deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider (for example, bKash or Nagad) may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are outside tk1970's control.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be reversed and the deposited funds returned to the originating account.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. tk1970 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is between one and 24 hours from the time the request is approved. Delays may occur during national holidays, periods of exceptionally high demand, or where additional verification is required.
• tk1970 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
• Any active bonus funds attached to your account balance must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed. Attempting to withdraw while an active bonus is attached may result in the forfeiture of the bonus amount.

tk1970 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between an individual promotion's terms and this section, the individual promotion's terms shall take precedence.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a verified account on tk1970 and make their first qualifying deposit via bKash, Nagad, or any other accepted payment method may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The exact bonus amount is calculated as a percentage of the qualifying deposit, as specified in the active welcome offer at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per device. tk1970 reserves the right to withdraw the welcome offer at any time.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued on tk1970 are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount, unless a different multiplier is stated in the specific promotion's terms. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus subject to a 25x requirement must generate ৳25,000 in total qualifying bets before a withdrawal is permitted.

• Bets placed on certain game categories (for example, live baccarat, roulette, or specific table games) may contribute less than 100% towards wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is stated in the relevant bonus terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each bonus (typically 7 to 30 days). Bonuses that expire before wagering is complete will be removed from the account along with any associated winnings.
• tk1970 reserves the right to void bonus winnings if there is evidence that betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements have been employed.

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent unless explicitly converted through the wagering process.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous one is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Players may opt out of any bonus by contacting support before the bonus is claimed or before wagering has commenced.
• tk1970 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to ongoing promotions where practicable.

By using the tk1970 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with the fair use of the service. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure:

• Providing false information at any point during registration, verification, or communication with the support team;
• Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hands in live games, or coordinate betting to exploit bonus structures;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with any part of the tk1970 platform, including the game lobby, cashier, or support system;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through a known or suspected platform error must be reported immediately. tk1970 reserves the right to void winnings arising from technical errors;

• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction processed by tk1970;
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing members of the tk1970 support team or other players via any communication channel.

tk1970 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including but not limited to: voiding bets, suspending account access, permanently closing the account, withholding or confiscating account balances, and referring the matter to the relevant legal authorities where appropriate.

tk1970 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Circumstances that may result in account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a specified timeframe;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal instruction from a payment provider;
• Identification of the account holder as being under 18 years of age;
• A request from a legal or regulatory authority;
• Extended inactivity — accounts that have had no login activity for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.

7.1 Voluntary Closure and Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily, or who wish to self-exclude from the tk1970 platform for responsible gaming reasons, may do so by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and will result in the account being locked for the period requested (minimum 24 hours; permanent closure is also available). During a self-exclusion period, the player will not be able to log in, deposit, place bets, or receive any promotional communications from tk1970.

7.2 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. tk1970 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, up to a maximum of ৳200 per month, once the account balance falls below a defined threshold. Players will be notified in advance before any dormancy fees are applied. To reactivate a dormant account, the player must contact support and complete any outstanding verification requirements.

tk1970 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform operates correctly and continuously, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and we accept no liability for losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, server downtime, or network connectivity issues outside our direct control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk1970's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tk1970 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, emotional distress, or any other intangible losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

Players acknowledge that gambling carries an inherent financial risk and that tk1970 cannot be held responsible for betting losses incurred through normal gameplay.
